Who is London Breaks?
London Breaks is owned by Encore Tickets Ltd, one of the largest ticket agencies for London theatre. London Breaks is the specialist theatre-break arm with a team that combines carefully selected hotels and theatre tickets. Encore Tickets is a member of STAR, and is fully-bonded with all theatres.

What are your opening hours for telephone calls?
We are open 7 days a week except Christmas day.
Our opening times are as follows:
Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00
Saturday 09:00-17:30
Sunday 09:00-16:30
Do you have a mailing list for brochures and special offers?
We produce printed brochures, and once you have booked or enquired you can be added to the mailing list and receive your free copy. We also send out special offers by email, and the website www.londonbreaks.com displays the most up-to-date prices and packages showing live availability and prices.
How far in advance do I have to book?
There is no fixed rule of advance booking, although some shows do not open their availability for more than 6 months at a time.
Can I book at short notice?
We hold tickets for some shows until 5pm on the day, and the hotels up until 4 days prior to arrival. However, if you would like to book within 4 days, please call as we can request rooms to fulfil the enquiry even on the day.
What does the price include?
Our prices are inclusive of the theatre, concert or attraction ticket as stated on the confirmation, as well as the hotel on the stated board basis. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. @ 17.5%.
Why is full payment taken at the time of booking?
Full payment is taken at the time of booking to ensure the guaranteed price you have been offered, and to secure the hotel and the specified tickets and seat numbers quoted.
What hotels and rooms are on offer?
We name all our hotels and specify the room type reserved. Most hotels offer twin (i.e. 2 single beds), double (i.e. 1 large bed) or single rooms, with triple and family rooms also available by request, but guaranteed once confirmed.
Is there a discount for children?
Theatre and concert tickets are the same price for adults and children normally. However, there are discounts available on attractions if reserved in advance at the child price. Hotel rates are normally by room, and therefore if space is available an extra bed can be arranged usually at no extra charge, unless the room needs to be upgraded. Breakfasts for children are then normally paid directly.
What documentation should I receive?
You will receive an immediate confirmation by email if booked on line with a unique reference number. This will show a complete price breakdown, and list all services reserved. The confirmation can be handed in to the hotel on arrival, and your name and seat numbers are sufficient for picking up your theatre tickets should you be collecting them from the box office. Tickets for attractions, concerts or theatre, if requested, are sent by recorded delivery at no extra charge.
Can I book additional services after my initial booking?
Yes, we offer pre- or post-theatre dinners, attractions, transfers, or even special arrangements for champagne or flowers in your room with reasonable notice. Call for details during our normal office hours.
What is included in the pre-theatre dinners?
All of our pre- or post-theatre dinners are based on a 2-course menu, with a choice of starters and main courses. Service and VAT is included. You only have to pay for extra items ordered, and the applicable service at your discretion on these items.
Can I book a group?
Please call for group enquiries. The online service is limited to a maximum of 8 people per booking. Groups can benefit from better rates, and can be given personal service, ensuring seats are together in the theatres, concerts or restaurants.
Can I book for more nights?
We offer up to 5 nights online, but we can reserve as many nights as required over the phone.

Any complaint will be acknowledged immediately or within 48 hours of receipt with a full response within a further 48 hours following any investigation.
